Metaltech got assigned for the Bullet Proof Installation under technological association with Plasan Sasa of Israil in transfer of technology on behalf of Mahindra. This is India's first light armoured vehicle acquired by Army, State Para Military Forces and Security Departments. This vehicle is protected against SLR 7.62 from 10 meters with the provision of L.M.G. mount on roof top and Splinter proof carpet on floor. Metaltech has fabricated over 500 plus vehicles for Mahindra till the end of year 2007.
